Operion Group is an independent consultancy providing project management services, change management and operational transformation to manufacturing, logistics and automotive businesses, including OEMs and their suppliers.

That covers new sites, fit-outs, system rollouts, process changes and the constraints holding output back. Engineers and specialists do the technical work, while Operion Group makes sure it is delivered as agreed.

Improving how an operation runs sits at the heart of the business. Operational transformation means finding what’s holding output back, fixing it and making the gains hold.

Meet the founder

Operion Group was founded by Ben Perry, a project manager who has led work across all three of its services. That experience spans manufacturing, logistics and automotive, from new sites through to established operations.
